INSCRIPCIÓN AL CONGRESO

Para inscribirse en el II CONPSIMUSIC, acceder al documento aquí. La inscripción para asistentes (no autores) está ya abierta. La inscripción para autores deberá realizarse una vez recibida la evaluación positiva de la/s propuesta/s.

Cuota de inscripción para participantes y asistentes al congreso:

Para autores/as:

El Congreso es presencial para todos los participantes. No obstante, en atención a las personas que queriendo participar vivan fuera de Europa, fundamentalmente en Latinoamérica, con la dificultad de poder viajar a Sevilla que de ello se puede derivar, se habilitará la posibilidad de divulgar durante el congreso la grabación de las comunicaciones aceptadas cuyos autores/as no puedan acudir presencialmente debido a las circunstancias expuestas. Estas grabaciones de comunicaciones deberán tener una duración de entre 15’ y 20’ máximo y deben ser subidas a youtube por sus autores/as, enviándose el link correspondiente a la secretaría del congreso con 15 días de antelación al comienzo del mismo. La organización se encargará de habilitar un espacio de divulgación para las comunicaciones aceptadas en este tipo de modalidad excepcional (grabación).

Precios de inscripción para autores/as: Se debe abonar la inscripción una vez aceptado el trabajo enviado por el comité científico del congreso. Todas las personas autoras de comunicaciones, pósteres y talleres, presenciales y en formato grabación, deben estar inscritas en el congreso para recibir el certificado de participación con el título del trabajo y la publicación del mismo en las Actas del Congreso (en formato de libro digital con ISBN). El precio de inscripción para autores habilita a los participantes presenciales a obtener también el certificado de asistencia al congreso. Los participantes con grabación no tendrán el certificado de asistencia, únicamente el de autoría de comunicación. Los autores de más de una contribución sólo deben pagar la inscripción una vez (ver tabla de precios).

Para asistentes:

Dos modalidades de asistencia al congreso, siguiendo las mismas premisas que para los autores/as de trabajos:

a) Asistentes presenciales: Disfrutarán de todas las actividades desarrolladas durante el congreso, además de los conciertos programados y los eventos de tipo social (catering durante los descansos y posibilidad de compartir la cena institucional con tablado flamenco). Recibirán certificado de asistencia al congreso.

b) Asistentes no presenciales: debido a la dificultad para viajar a Sevilla desde algunos países, se habilita la modalidad de asistencia online a través de streaming de las actividades realizadas en la sala principal del congreso, así como links a grabaciones de otras sesiones en diferido. No recibirán certificado de asistencia al congreso, pero tendrán acceso a la mayoría de las actividades académicas (comunicaciones y conferencias) del mismo.

Registration fee for participants and attendees at the conference:

For authors:

The Congress is in person for all participants. However, in response to people who want to participate who live outside of Europe, mainly in Latin America, with the difficulty of traveling to Seville that may arise from this, the possibility of disclosing the recording of accepted communications will be enabled during the congress. whose authors cannot attend in person due to the circumstances presented. These recordings of communications must have a duration of between 15′ and 20′ maximum and must be uploaded to YouTube by their authors, sending the corresponding link to the congress secretariat 15 days before the start of the congress. The organization will be in charge of enabling a dissemination space for communications accepted in this type of exceptional modality (recording).

Registration prices for authors: Registration must be paid once the work sent has been accepted by the scientific committee of the congress. All authors of communications, posters and workshops, in person and in recording format, must be registered in the congress to receive the certificate of participation with the title of the work and its publication in the Congress Proceedings (in digital book format with ISBN). The registration price for authors enables in-person participants to also obtain a certificate of attendance at the conference. Participants with a recording will not have a certificate of attendance, only a certificate of authorship of the communication. Authors of more than one contribution only have to pay the registration fee once (see price table).

For attendees:

Two modalities of attendance at the congress, following the same premises as for the authors of papers:

a) In-person attendees: They will enjoy all the activities carried out during the congress, in addition to the scheduled concerts and social events (catering during breaks, and the possibility of sharing the institutional dinner with a flamenco tablado). They will receive a certificate of attendance at the congress.

b) Non-face-to-face attendees (in streaming): due to the difficulty of traveling to Seville from some countries, the online attendance modality is enabled through streaming of the activities carried out in the main room of the congress, as well as links to recordings of other deferred sessions. They will not receive a certificate of attendance at the conference, but they will have access to most of the academic activities (communications and conferences) of the congress.
